The v2 interface is available on every Fluency instance. To open it, add /v2 after your instance's address. Every escalated case now comes with an AI investigation report attached.

Opening the v2 interface​

Add /v2 to the address you already use — for example https://<companyname>.app.ingext.io/v2. Sign in as usual. The current interface stays at its address, so you can switch between the two.

AI investigation reports​

When AI triage escalates a case instead of closing it, the case now carries an AI investigation report, built from the raw events stored for the case. See Investigation Workflows.
