A New Fluency Interface

Fluency Support

A redesigned Fluency interface is rolling out, site by site. Each site moves to a new address in its own region, and your existing login carries over. Partners can show their own logo and background.

What to expect

  • A new address. A site on the new interface is reached at https://<company>.<region>.fluencyplatform.com, and an MSSP's manager site at https://<provider>.mssp.fluencyplatform.com. Each site's new address is provided when the site moves.
  • The same login. Sign in with your existing account and sign-in method.
  • Redesigned SIEM pages. Overview Summary, Behavior Summary and Event Search are rebuilt.
  • Your brand. An MSSP can white-label its sites with its own logo and login background.

Timing

Sites move in stages over the coming months. The current interface keeps working until your site has moved. If you would like your site moved sooner, contact your Fluency representative.

See Navigation for a tour of the interface.
