The Fluency platform now has a public status page. saasmgr.ingext.io/status shows the current operational status of the platform, so you can check it directly before opening a support request.

When to check it​

  • Your instance is slow or not responding.
  • Events have stopped arriving and nothing has changed on your side.
  • Searches or reports are failing across the board rather than for one query.

If the status page shows no problem and only one source has gone quiet, the delay may be on the vendor's side — Microsoft, for example, occasionally holds back its Office 365 audit feed for hours. See No Data Arriving.
