The next-generation Fluency SaaS platform is in full production, with deployments in the United States and Africa. This release adds a real-time search service, syslog import, and usage and runtime metrics, and raises data-lake throughput to more than 2 TB per day for each index.

Changes​

  • A new real-time search service answers typical event searches over less than 4 GB of data immediately, without the one-minute start-up of an on-demand search.

Provisioning and capacity​

  • A provider (MSSP) account creates and manages its own tenant accounts. A new account is ready in about five minutes.
  • Accounts with large ingress run in a dedicated pool, with CPU and memory adjusted in real time to their load.
  • The data lake ingests more than 2 TB per day for each index.
  • The platform's operators are alerted on CPU, memory and storage usage and on service backlog.
