This page presents all the unassigned devices (listed on the lower half of the page). The upper box is the a detail view of each device.

Click the "LOOKUP" icon, you'll see more information about the device, including event type, tags, parser and data samples.

You can click "ASSIGN" to add the device, the pop-up window is like:
