Proof of Value

The objective of a Fluency Proof of Value (PoV) is to demonstrate the Fluency SIEM Platform using your live data.

Fluency SIEM's purpose is to help clients from a position of deep analytical insight, which can only occur when you approach the solution from a “ground truth” perspective. This is achieved when all possible sources from the Cloud, to the data center (and network) are ingressed into the tool. Unlike other SIEMS, Fluency doesn’t have utility-based fees that would penalize a client for sending of all their data.

The Fluency team is very nimble and efficient in working with you to set up the data feeds necessary for a successful PoV. We do this at no cost to our clients.

PoV Prerequisites​

Required prior to starting PoV:​

  • Mutual non-disclosure agreements (MNDA) must be signed.

  • Identify key management sponsor(s) – who will make the decision or influence the decision.

  • Identify key administrator(s) with access rights to equipment to work with Fluency.

  • Identify primary method of communication.

  • Notate agreed to Start Date and End Date for PoV.

  • Define all ingress sources prior to PoV.

  • Please identify where your data should be hosted/stored (AWS Region).

PoV Goals​

  • Complete the PoC within a contiguous 2 to 4 week window, unless agreed to otherwise.

  • Setup all ingress sources within week 1.

  • Setup a round of training data analysis with the primary contacts.

  • At the conclusion of week 2/4 you’ll make a Go/No-Go decision.

Conclusion​

  • If Go, Fluency Security will finalize a written proposal. Upon acceptance by the client, we can convert the PoV to an active account.

  • If No-Go, Fluency will shut down the AWS instance and erase all client S3 data.
