Page Layout

At the top of the page are four User Analytics squares, each displaying a count of different user statuses. The first is the number of active users, the second is the number of inactive users, the third is the number of user login failures, and the last square contains the number of disabled users.

The time range (scope) of these analytics can be changed using the dropdown menu in the top right corner. There are four scopes available: 1 Week, 1 Month, 3 Months, 1 Year, and All. Details about these users can be seen further down on the page.

Inactive Users

Inactive users are users who have not logged in within the last week.

Active Users

Active users are users who have logged in within the last week. This section has an additional two categories: number of logins and number of failed logins.

Disabled Users

The last category is a list of disabled users. This is a list of users that have been disabled, which can be done from either the inactive users section, or the “User” page. Disabled users will not be able to log into the system, but they can be re-enabled by another user.
