Sec 0: Template page for cloud plugin documentation

This is the template page for plugin documentation. Basic structure for the documentation page. Replace values as needed. Add / remove sections as needed, depending on complexity of the plugin/

Sec 1: Create credentials in console/page

Normally the customer will go to the vendor/product page and create a set of Tokens/ Credentials for Fluency access. Some time this is simple. Just one step. Other times, this may require extensive configuration or customizations.

For the trivial case, or if the process is unknown, i.e. customer gave us the credentials, but didn’t show us the process of getting it.

Put out a statement / link to the product vendor’s documentation for addtional guidance:

“Please refer to the vendor’s documentation on enabling API access.”

Sec 2: Configure Plugin in Fluency Web interface

Login to the Fluency Cloud portal: https://companyname.cloud.fluencysecurity.com.

Open the main dropdown menu and choose the Cloud Integrations option under the Data Ingress section.

On the following page, navigate to the “——” section.

To Add an integration for Product, choose the Product icon from the group on the left side of the page to create a new Productname integration endpoint.

Sec 2b: Fill out information for plugin

In the pop-up window, give the integration a short name (or choose default), and choose the “Save” button to add the integration endpoint. The value will be used within Fluency interface only to distinguish the different integrations. It is suggested to avoid using spaces in this field.

Fill out the required information, using the information from the previous steps.

Sec 2c: Configuration

Click SAVE to finish adding the integration.
