This page consists of a table containing all the current configured alert filters. Alert filters allow the user to apply an action (STOP, CONTINUE, BREAK) to alerts based on a query.
To create a new alert filter, the user must input a query and select an action from the dropdown menu. Optionally, the user can add a description of the alert filter.
In this example, the query is "alerts.sid:999666111." This means that the action will only apply to notifications that have the alerts.sid value of 999666111. In this case, the action selected is "STOP," and as shown by the description, this will cause the system to ignore alerts with the sid 999666111.
